My promise to my customers:
As a home investor, I am empathetic to homeowners. I have dealt with “contractors” that are new to their profession, just to realize, they are not professional! Please, always contract with a company that can be traced through your local government, as well, look for small claims cases, AND affiliates such as BBB can help.
Through time, I’ve found the search of trustworthy contractors are hard to find!
WE will ALWAYS fulfill a contract!
We ask to have the opportunity to fulfill your project. YOUR satisfaction is top priority!
Do NOT hire a "shady" contractor!
We offer a few things to protect our customers as well as keep the agreement "un-cluttered" and easy to understand for both parties.
1. No risk contract: $0 down on all jobs. Why do contractors need money down? If their intentions are to do the job on time and correctly, then why have down payment?
We only ask for payment once the customer has walked through, inspected, addressed issues if any, and is 100% satisfied!
2. "Not to exceed" pricing: We do not not lowball pricing with hidden intentions of making excuses to charge more at the end of the job. We put it in writing, "not to exceed $xxx.xx." Any true professional knows what the job needs so why not have firm pricing?
3. Legal Contract: Most contractors DO NOT know nor do not care to know how to LEGALLY fill out a proposal contract! Indiana Home Renovation Act states certain things need to be mentioned such as: Start and finish dates, product descriptions, pricing, date proposal delivered, and more. We know how to write a contract. That is the only thing that lets both parties know in exact, what is to be performed. How, when, and with what materials, the project will be carried out with. This is very important. A legally void contract works for neither side, and protects or structures nothing!
